Country Report: Lithuania and in European Inventory on Validation of Non-formal and Informal Learning 2010.Case Study: Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania). Project results included a thorough analysis of good practice of European and Lithuanian universities, analysis of the procedure of validation of non-formal and informal learning outcomes of La Rochelle University (France), London University and Roehampton University (United Kingdom).
According to the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) we can also define validation as The process of evaluating software during or at the end of the development process to determine whether it satisfies specified requirements.
